The publication of any images and audio / video footage is authorized, between 18 and 24 July
2022, on the occasion of “Eos Festival 2022” in the locations where the activities are carried out.
The publication / dissemination may take place:
– on the website of the “Maxima Entropia” Cultural Association: www.maximaentropia.com;
– on social channels (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram);
– in printed paper and / or any other means of dissemination / publication;
I also authorize the conservation of the aforementioned material in the computer archives of the
association and I acknowledge that the purpose of these publications is of an informative and
popular nature. The video-photographic material will not be used for commercial purposes.
It is also forbidden to use it in contexts that affect its personal dignity and decorum. The use of the
images, as a whole, is to be considered free of charge and no claims can be made in the future.
Terms
1. Underage students must be accompanied by a parent or another adult following a specific proxy
drawn up on plain paper. The “Maxima Entropia” Cultural Association declines all responsibility for
the control of minors outside the places and hours of classes.
2. Participation in the Eos Festival involves automatic membership of the “Maxima Entropia”
Cultural Association.
